Poor quality pieces of equipment will generally have a minimum level to be able to be equipped. Looking for an addon to make item borders glow more brightly with their rarity. I cant get oGlow (from what i read its dead and gone) and also the Bagnon addon to the addon that is supposed to do this seems to be broken.

Does anyone have an addon that does this and works? Much appreciated!
