I think BMW vastly overestimated the demand for the R18. I've seen similar deals at the local dealer shop. Those bikes sit and sit.

Even with discounts and 0% financing they aren't selling. Also, I don't think I've seen one on the road yet, which is sad. It's a gorgeous machine in my opinion, but it got lukewarm reviews and to me it's a niche bike.
