A. Task and Application Data (Offline / Local Storage)

• Data Collected: Tasks, subtasks, scales, labels, presets, and customized configuration settings that you input into the App.
• Storage: All your task-related data is stored locally on your device's internal storage using an offline database (Room DB).
• Use: This data is processed strictly on-device to perform core task-management functionalities. We do not transmit your task contents, descriptions, or labels to external servers.

B. Authentication and Referral Data

• Data Collected: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and Google Account ID.
• Use: This information is used to authenticate your identity, associate your account with our Premium tier check, and manage our viral referral system (checking and recording referral links to extend ad-free premium access).

C. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Data Collected: Transaction details, purchase history, and subscription status.
• Use: All transactions are securely processed directly by Google Play Billing services. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers, bank account details, or billing address. Google Play provides us with cryptographic purchase tokens to verify and activate premium functionalities.

D. Device and Diagnostic Information

• Data Collected: Diagnostic logs, crash data, performance metrics, and device state indicators (e.g. OS version, device model).
• Use: Used strictly to identify and fix technical crashes, errors, and system bottlenecks to optimize app stability.

2. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The App incorporates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that may collect and process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for authentication (Google Sign-In), in-app purchases verification, and basic analytics/performance tracking.

• Google AdMob: If you are using the free ad-supported tier, Google AdMob SDK displays banner or interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and cookie data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or task data to outside parties. Your data is only shared with third-party service providers (such as Google and Firebase) to the minimum extent necessary to facilitate Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and ad delivery, as detailed in Section 2.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: You can permanently delete all task and configuration data from your device at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage via your device settings.
• Account Data: If you signed in with Google and wish to delete your associated account referral records from our registration registry, you can contact us at the email address provided below.

5. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. We rely on the security features of the Android Operating System (sandboxing) and Google's secure APIs (Google Credential Manager, Google Play Billing) to keep your authenticated details and local databases protected against unauthorized access.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
