What is JPEGView - Image Viewer and Editor ?

JPEGView is a lean, fast and highly configurable viewer/editor for JPEG, BMP, PNG, WEBP, TGA, GIF and TIFF images with a minimal GUI. Basic on-the-fly image processing is provided - allowing adjusting typical parameters as sharpness, color balance, rotation, perspective, contrast and local under-/overexposure.

This is the best ever image viever ! I tutor and need a tool which is quick with a white background . it is amazing to be able to easily configure so many parameters (I am only using a few) !

This is *exactly* what I've been looking for. Extremely lightweight and highly customizable. Supports executing custom commands on custom hotkeys. And the shadow removing mode (Ctrl+L) is very useful.
