Die Grundidee des Programms ist prima; nur die Umsetzung funktioniert (bei mir) nicht. Trotz der neuesten Version funktionieren die Stapelscans nicht, beim Einzelscan erscheint ein kleiner rechteckiger Auszug des zu scannenden Dokuments; zwar wird das Programm in viele Sprachen übersetzt, aber die Hilfefunktion ist leider nur in Englisch und somit für mich nicht nutzbar; ich bedauere jetzt eine Spende getätigt zu haben; sehr sehr schade
To be honest, running Ubuntu 23.04 now, but only scanner that I could actually get to work on Ubuntu 22.04, So I'm sold. As for support haven't needed any to date so I guess that's the best support there is, right? I can't speak to security or any behind the scenes stuff like that but no issue's so far. If your having issues, make sure your drivers are up to scratch. Otherwise, keep up the good work guys. This should really be on the conical snap-store. :-)

I am in IT and recently my company bought a very large inventory of printers from a well known company but their software scanning feature would not work in our environment. I found NAPS2 doing a search on Google and it seemed it would be the solution I was looking for. We now deploy to all our users in this particular project and am so happy with it. The end users are not very good with Windows but this app is so easy they can use it without fear. I am looking forward to seeing all the improvements in v7.0b7 beta. Keep up the great work! :)
