- 150g Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
- 20g Chocolate Protein Powder
- 10g Cacao Powder
- 100ml Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 50ml Greek Yogurt
- 5g Chia Seeds
- 50ml Water (or more to adjust consistency)
- Optional: Sweetener to taste (e.g., stevia, honey)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
