BMW of Bellevue can eat a cold bag of dicks. BMW Northwest in Tacoma is independently owned & I've had a good experience with them. They're also super supportive of the local BMW enthusiast community (BMW CCA).

My wife and I had a similar experience at BMW Bellevue about a decade ago. We ended up dealing with BMW Northwest (about thirty mins away). They have been awesome, and we are on our fourth car from them in ten years.

Shop around. BMW is an awesome ownership experience but as with all brands some of the dealerships are subpar. Reply reply.

BMW repair shop recommendation? Tried Strictly BMW in Bellevue and they charged me $157 for oil change and quoted $850 for a pair of brakes, rotors and sensors.
