Bmw Service Vehicle Check

My car has just had its major service and oil change. In the BMW app, it now says the next oil change is due in July 2024, which is what i would expect. However, it also says the next vehicle check is due in July 2026.

What is a Vehicle Check? Isn't that the same as a service / oil change? I can't understand why it says July 2026 as the next scheduled vehicle check, as this seems too long at 4.
