Any way to make the 1.9 (140hp) ulez? Been interested in picking up a Z3 in the next few months but live awkwardly near the ulez zone and need to within the zone for uni, and would like to drive to a tube station with the car. Anyone successfully challenged ULEZ over non compliance. Received zero nox certificate of conformity for my 1998 Z3,sent to TFL to be registered.
