Hyundai Green Zone Ev Drive

Does anyone know if the Green Zone EV Drive setting really does anything additional to improve MPG? I am already in ECO mode, and I tried toggling on Green Zone EV Drive in the settings menu. Very rarely I see "Green Zone" come on under the speedometer display where "ECO" is normally displayed. But it only stays on for a moment, and then goes off.
