I'm relatively new to the Ioniq world, having purchased an Ioniq 5 SE last January. I've noticed in the MyHyundai EV Trip Details that sometimes a trip reports 0 kWh Total Energy. The attached screenshot shows an example of this behavior.

Is this just a bug in the app, or is there some way to. New Update: I was just told by MyHyundai support that they are currently working on resolving the issue that caused EV Trip Details to disappear. Does anyone know if there is a trip log history available in the bluelink app? Thanks.

Your Car Model: each car has different parameters for how they use energy in the categories above. Agreed. From my observation, both the instrument cluster reading of miles/kWh and the Bluelink app's trip summary seem to use a simple calculation: Miles driven / kWh drained from battery for whatever reason = miles/kWh throughput.

I've had my 2021 Ioniq for a couple of weeks now and initially the journeys were being saved on the infotainment system and I could view in the bluelink app. But since the 13th no trips have been saved. I did update the car to the latest software and maps, which could be related, but I did this.
