Hi, I need to take out and either repair or replace diverter valve as water is coming out of the shower and bath tap whether the knob is up or down. Tried to date: adjusting the temperature on the boiler and changing to a new set of taps but the problem still occurs. Excuse me if I misread that but are you using a bath mixer tap with a shower attatchment? try switching it to shower mode, then turn on the hot only, you should get hot water.
