Miles’ character evolves through significant trials—from identity crises to leadership challenges—showcasing emotional intelligence and ethical reasoning. His reluctance to blindly follow orders or ignore consequences highlights a deeply principled nature, making the claim that he is ‘bad’ unfounded.

Like any hero, Miles faces internal and external challenges: pressure from legacy, self-doubt, and temporary missteps. These struggles are not signs of moral failure but realistic elements of his growth. They enrich his narrative, proving heroism isn’t about perfection, but persistence through imperfection.

Miles Morales is far from bad—he is a hero defined by resilience, empathy, and thoughtful choices. His journey reflects the complexity of youth and responsibility in a high-stakes world. If you value growth over perfection, Miles stands as a powerful, inspiring figure in modern storytelling.

Miles Morales was not handled right and while I might be more than a little salty when it comes to this pathetic excuse of a character, I will never acknowledge this botched aspect of Spider. (SPOILERS) I just beat Spider-Man miles morales and I'm somewhat disappointed of it. This game is no where near worth the $60 on release, it's just a cashgrab and a boring one at that, miles powers just makes the game combat boring and stealth is a joke, the story introduces probably the most annoying female character in a video game ever (phin) that is a self center asshole and I.

When both leads are basically the same character, it leads to an incredibly dull dynamic between the two and no real drama of conflict in the story is elicited from their relationship. When playing as Miles in these new Spiderman games I can't help but wonder "why?", since he brings nothing to the table that Peter doesn't. At least Yuri Lowenthal actually sounds like man.

Miles is like almost 18 and he still sounds like a 10 year old. Even if Peter's jokes aren't funny, it doesn't sound horrible. But Miles's voice is so much worse when he makes a bad joke.

A lot has changed for Miles; his father, a cop, died while on duty during the events of Marvel's Spider-Man, and now his mother Rio Morales, is running for city council in Harlem. I feel like an agile character with electric powers and invisibility is honestly, really cool, but making him Spider. The standout title on the PS5, Insomniac Games' Spider-Man: Miles Morales gets a lot of things right but also disappoints in some areas.

Why is there still so much hatred for Miles Morales even after a movie and video game made after him? So I watched ITSV a few years ago and finished SM. Miles Morales ' villain slate is comparatively modest, clocking in at a total of five, but this smaller cast works for the benefit of the spin-off's runtime and the constraints of its narrative. Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales picks up roughly a year after the first game, and follows the exploits of a Spider.

Miles Morales is a good game, but it's missing something. Repetitive puzzles, combat, and missions undercut the solid characters and writing.
