Setting Up Your Document

In the 'Mailings' tab, click on 'Labels'. A dialog box will appear, displaying various label options.

For our purpose, we'll use the 'Options...' button at the bottom of the dialog box. This will open the 'Label Options' window, where you can customize your label settings.

Choosing the Label Size

In the 'Label Options' window, under 'Printer information', select your printer from the dropdown menu. Then, under 'Label products', choose the manufacturer of your label sheets. Finally, under 'Label info', select '4x6' from the 'Label vendor' dropdown menu.

Once you've selected the 4x6 label size, click 'OK' to close the 'Label Options' window. You'll now see a grid of 4x6 label boxes on your Word document, ready for you to add your text and designs.
