Therapy with me is a grounded, collaborative space where you can show up as you are. We move at your pace, navigating together what feels heavy, confusing, or hard to put into words.
If you’re overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or feeling the impact of past experiences, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Sometimes putting things into words is hard, and that’s okay. Together we’ll navigate what you've been carrying, find ways to process and integrate, and build steadier ways forward.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and emphasizes connection. We'll focus on helping you understand your inner world, navigate relationships, build emotional regulation, and feel more at home in yourself. Sessions are flexible and responsive to your needs - that often looks like talk therapies, and sometimes we'll integrate images, metaphors, or creative expression, depending on what feels natural for you. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where safety and curiosity guide the work. I bring compassion, humor, and deep respect for your lived experience.
My integrative background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy offers a unique opportunity where my clients can process concerns and deepen understanding through expressive, relational therapy in a variety of ways. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples from a client-centered approach where your individual goals will guide a custom treatment plan. Whether you want to focus on anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationships, or just trying to understand your inner world, I look forward to walking beside you in the process.
I came to this work through my own healing journey and a love of creativity and storytelling, and I believe in the power of feeling truly seen and supported as you grow.
