Therapy doesn’t have to look one specific way, and it’s not just for moments when things fall apart. I help make it, flexible, meaningful, and centered on what helps you feel more like yourself.
If you find yourself overthinking, doubting your worth, or constantly managing stress without much relief, therapy can help. Many of my clients are navigating high expectations, burnout, or identity shifts and just want a space to feel like themselves again.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be honest, feel heard, and explore what’s really going on — at your own pace. I work collaboratively and build on the strengths and skills you already have, even if they’ve been hard to access lately. In session, I’m warm, engaged, and adaptable, always
centering your goals and your voice. We’ll figure out what works for you, together.
My style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the belief that we all grow through safe, validating relationships. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength- based approaches. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all, we’ll tailor it together based on your unique story
and goals.
I am an associate professional counselor and nationally certified counselor who helps individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and feeling overwhelmed. My background is in clinical mental health counseling, and I have experience working with individuals facing severe mental illness. I can help you work toward the goals you have for counseling using a flexible approach that honors your strengths and helps you feel more empowered in your life and choices.
I know how challenging it can be to navigate life when things feel uncertain, heavy, or overwhelming. My own experiences have shown me the value of having someone who truly listens — and that’s what I aim to offer in every session. I’m drawn to this work because I believe we all deserve a space where we can show up exactly as we are and feel supported in making sense of it all.
