Step 1: Measure and Cut the Boards
Measure and cut the following pieces from your 1x12, 1x2, and 2x4 boards:

Step 2: Assemble the Table Top
Attach the two 12" x 12" support boards to the underside of the 36" x 12" table top using wood glue and 1-1/4" screws. Make sure the support boards are evenly spaced and centered.
Step 3: Attach the Legs
Attach the 36" x 1-1/2" legs to the support boards using wood glue and 2" screws. Make sure the legs are perpendicular to the table top and evenly spaced.
Step 4: Install the Piano Hinges
Attach the 1/2" piano hinges to the underside of the table top and the top of the legs. This will allow the table to fold up against the wall when not in use.
Step 5: Create the Wall Mount Bracket
Attach the 12" x 3-1/2" wall mount bracket to the back of the table using wood glue and 1-1/2" screws. Make sure the bracket is centered and level.
Step 6: Sand and Finish
Sand the table using 120-grit sandpaper to smooth any rough edges. Apply paint or stain to finish the table, if desired.
Step 7: Mount the Table to the Wall
Mark the center point on the wall where you want to mount the table. Hold the table up to the mark and use a level to ensure it's straight. Mark the screw holes through the pre-drilled holes in the wall mount bracket. Remove the table and drill pilot holes at the marked spots. Reattach the table and secure it to the wall using the 1/4" lag bolt.
Step 8: Add a Lifting Knob (Optional)
To make it easier to lift the table, attach a 1" knob to the front of the table top using a 1" screw.
