This feature not only helps in maintaining a record of your transactions but also aids in tax filing and expense tracking. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to request an e-invoice from your Grab receipt.

Before we dive into the process, ensure that you have the latest version of the Grab app installed on your device. The e-invoice feature is available for both ride and food delivery services. Now, let's get started.

Requesting an e-Invoice for Grab Rides
Grab's ride-hailing service is widely used for daily commutes and occasional trips. Here's how you can request an e-invoice for your Grab ride receipts.

After completing your ride, open the Grab app and navigate to your 'Ride History'.
Option 1: Requesting an e-Invoice Immediately After the Ride

If you're still on the 'Ride Completed' screen, tap on the three vertical dots (⋮) at the top right corner of the screen. Select 'Request e-Invoice' from the menu that appears. Grab will then generate an e-Invoice for your ride, which you can download or share.
Alternatively, you can also tap on the ride details at the bottom of the screen to access the 'Request e-Invoice' option.
Option 2: Requesting an e-Invoice from Ride History

If you've already closed the 'Ride Completed' screen, don't worry. You can still request an e-Invoice from your 'Ride History'. Tap on the ride for which you want to request an e-Invoice. On the ride details screen, tap on the three vertical dots (⋮) at the top right corner and select 'Request e-Invoice'.
Once you've requested an e-Invoice, you'll receive it via email within 24 hours. You can also find it in your 'Ride History' under the 'e-Invoices' tab.
Requesting an e-Invoice for GrabFood Orders

GrabFood, Grab's food delivery service, allows you to request e-Invoices for your food orders as well. Here's how you can do it.
After your food order has been delivered, open the Grab app and navigate to your 'Order History'.




















Option 1: Requesting an e-Invoice Immediately After Delivery
If you're still on the 'Order Delivered' screen, tap on the three vertical dots (⋮) at the top right corner of the screen. Select 'Request e-Invoice' from the menu that appears. Grab will then generate an e-Invoice for your order, which you can download or share.
Alternatively, you can also tap on the order details at the bottom of the screen to access the 'Request e-Invoice' option.
Option 2: Requesting an e-Invoice from Order History
If you've already closed the 'Order Delivered' screen, you can still request an e-Invoice from your 'Order History'. Tap on the order for which you want to request an e-Invoice. On the order details screen, tap on the three vertical dots (⋮) at the top right corner and select 'Request e-Invoice'.
Once you've requested an e-Invoice, you'll receive it via email within 24 hours. You can also find it in your 'Order History' under the 'e-Invoices' tab.
Remember, e-Invoices are only available for completed rides and delivered orders. If you haven't received your e-Invoice within 24 hours, you can contact Grab's customer support for assistance. Happy tracking!
