Ever found yourself in a situation where you've just grabbed a ride with Grab, but you've forgotten to save your receipt? Or perhaps you need to keep track of your expenses for tax purposes? Fret not, as Grab has made it easy to send your receipts to your email. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do just that.

Before we dive in, ensure that you have the latest version of the Grab app installed on your device. If not, update it from your app store to avoid any compatibility issues.

Accessing Your Grab Receipts
Your first step is to access your Grab receipts. This can be done directly from the Grab app or through the Grab website.

For the app, tap on 'Profile' at the bottom right corner, then select 'History'. Here, you'll see a list of your past rides. For the web, log in to your Grab account, click on 'Profile', then 'History'.
Finding the Receipt

Once you're in your history, find the ride for which you want the receipt. Each ride is listed with its date, time, and destination.
Tap or click on the ride to open its details. Here, you'll see the fare breakdown, the driver's rating, and other relevant information. The receipt is usually at the bottom of this page.
Sending the Receipt to Email

To send the receipt to your email, tap or click on the receipt. This will open a new page with a larger version of the receipt.
Look for the 'Email' icon, usually represented by an envelope. Tap or click on it. A new window will pop up, prompting you to enter your email address. Once you've entered it, tap or click 'Send'.
Verifying the Email

After sending the receipt to your email, you'll need to verify that it has been sent successfully.
Check your inbox for an email from Grab with the subject 'Your Grab Receipt'. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If it's still not there, it might take a few minutes to arrive.

Opening the Attachment
Once you've found the email, open it. Inside, you'll find your Grab receipt as a PDF attachment.
To view the receipt, click on the attachment. This will open the PDF in a new tab or window. Here, you can view your receipt, save it to your device, or print it if needed.
And there you have it! You've successfully sent your Grab receipt to your email. This process should take no more than a few minutes, making it a quick and convenient way to keep track of your Grab expenses. Happy riding!
