Step-by-Step Guide
1. Measure and Cut the Pieces
Using a saw, cut the 1" x 2" boards into the following lengths:
- 2 pieces at 24" (for the base)
- 2 pieces at 12" (for the legs)
- 2 pieces at 18" (for the supports)
Cut the 1" x 3" boards into the following lengths:
- 4 pieces at 12" (for the sides)
2. Assemble the Base
Lay the two 24" pieces parallel to each other, spacing them about 12" apart. Apply wood glue along one edge of each piece, then attach them using two 1.25" wood screws. Ensure the base is square by measuring diagonally from corner to corner; adjust as needed.
3. Attach the Legs

6. Sand and Finish
