In Matthew 14:22-36, we read the miracle of Peter walking on water until he took his eyes off Jesus. The 3-D scene is super easy to prepare and fun for the kids and can be used as a visual, too! Color and black & white are both included. To create the 3-D scene: Print on paper or cardstock, although cardstock works better.

Fold the paper in half. Cut on black dotted lines on each side of the center rectangle. Cut on black dotted line to cut the people away from the scene.

Fold bottom of scene. Read the story of Jesus' miracle of walking on the water in Matthew 14. Print the pages of your choice.

Page 2 is a mini book with 8 pages. Pages 3 to the end are full-sized pictures suitable for coloring or for telling a story on a classroom wall. Folding instructions: For the 8 page booklet, start by folding the page in half the long way first.
