- My original werewolf I created personally seems at least 90% fixed (I don't remember his eye contours being like that but it's whatever) - My other Sim who later got turned into a werewolf is only partially fixed, the nose used to have a pink mark, but it's entirely black now. If you're not opposed to using mods (I don't know if I'm allowed to link mods) CiwayW has a mod on curseforge called: Werewolf Nose Color Fix. Apply it as an accessory and it should work just fine.

Also, if you go into detailed paint mode on the werewolf's face, you can easily do the lips, eyes, nose without it being messy. WEREWOLF NOSE COLOR -- To reactivate your Nose Color Panel in the Noses category, you can randomize your Face (only Face is necessary), then exit and re-enter the Noses category to fix the misalignment of the reactivated Nose Color Panel and the Catalog. Werewolves created in CAS don't have this issue, and the townies don't either. has anybody found a fix for this bug yet? I know the shoes bug can be fixed by randomizing the outfit, but this seems a little worse for wear considering the nose color options aren't even there. you can select a nose shape from the columns and manipulate it just.

The werewolf pack has a glitch to where you can't edit nose color and their faces are just bare, does anyone know how to fix it? Since my active household includes werewolves, I couldn't stand the lack of nose colors anymore, so I created this small fix mod. Please note that this mod is only a temporary solution and may not be perfect. Mine had a missing eye.
I went into full edit, chose some different eyes for her transformation form. It was still missing when i came out of the edit mode but with a restart of the game her eyes had been fixed. Try going into edit mode and change the nose or something on its face then restart the game.
That might fix it. From the threads posting this it looks like it happens with a werewolf that was born into the game. There's a work around with uploading to library, adding to CAS and cheating relationships back, but I haven't seen anything else.
