I think I must be on my fourth tap spanner now. The vertical type with a sprung loaded jaws at the top. I have never found one with a decent spring or at least one that lasts! I was having a look about the other day and came across some with no spring at all, can't see how they would actually work as often you can't get two hands up behind sinks etc.
Any recommendation for a decent one please? Hello could one of you lovely plumbers recommend a good quality basin wrench, tap spanner, box spanner etc for removing bath taps. I generally do new installs but sometimes customers only want to change the bath taps and these can be a pain to remove/change.
