With this being said, I am curious which items are best for each type of cleaning. I will start with this post for cleaning a bathroom. Overall, I am guessing the best ways to compare products is; effectiveness, ease of use, price, and safe for people/environment.
For more of a thorough, deep clean, I'll use CIF with a touch of Dawn dish soap and Comet powder. Although this has almost become a once every month or two thing, because I always stay on top of my routine clean and so my bathroom isn't super dirty. What do you use for bathroom cleaning supplies? I have too many products like scrubbing bubbles, those fancy mr clean sponges etc.
I want to condense down to the bare minimum. Wondering what people use for their showers, sinks, bathroom counters and what your routine is. The best shower cleaner is a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 1 part dawn dish soap.
Spray it on, let sit for 30 minutes, and with minimal wiping/ rinsing, your shower will gleam. I use mrs. Meyers multipurpose spray for counters, glass cleaner for the vanity mirror, and sweep and mop the floors with diluted mrs.
Meyers multipurpose concentrate. For general daily cleaning, dish soap. For the toilet, get a toilet bowl cleaner specifically made for tackling limescale build up and use as per instructions.
