Gratitude ("the App") is developed and operated by Sandeep Mysore. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used.
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. Your gratitude entries are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. However, third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain data automatically:

From version 2.0 you can attach one photo to a day. Photos are stored on your device, in the App's own storage, and are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Deleting a photo in the App, or deleting the App, removes it. The App asks for camera and photo library access only at the moment you choose to add a photo.
You can lock the App with Face ID, Touch ID or your device's fingerprint. This check happens entirely on your device; the App never receives your biometric data.
The App offers a "Gratitude Premium" purchase (previously "Remove Ads"). Payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the App will display a consent dialog before serving personalized advertisements, in accordance with GDPR requirements. You may choose to accept or decline personalized ads.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can remove it.
We do not store personal data on our servers. Your gratitude entries are stored only on your device. Any data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Google Analytics) is subject to their respective data retention policies.
