Clone Trooper Armor Template

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share the Armor that I made and the foam files that I used to make my armor below. The files were heavily modified from the BSD Rex files that I found online.

I would say the armor is 95% screen accurate to the TCW version of the clone trooper, so it is not. Design your custom set of Clone armor. Choose from dozens of options, to bring your vision to life.

Before cutting the foam you can validate with the paper molds on your body. You can follow the foam build video. The templates are used to cut the 6 to 10mm thick (8mm recommended) foam to make each part of the armor.

This is an essential bundle of digital pattern files for crafting the iconic Clone Trooper Armor (Phase I or Phase II, as a base) from the legendary Star Wars saga. This armor is instantly recognizable as worn by the Republic's elite soldiers during the Clone Wars. This listing includes EVA Foam templates (PDO + PDF) for the primary armor components, focusing on the helmet, chest and back.

Note: the Phase 1 armor for the airborne trooper, Commander Bacara armor, heavy clone trooper, and Phase 1 BARC helmet are my own creations. Use of any of the armor in my template is open, free, and encouraged, but please credit me for origin.
