We can do more together than any can do alone, so join the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/groups\/4633003\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mediaXstanford LinkedIn community<\/a> to identify critical issues (and solutions) for the future.<\/p>\n<p><em>Question: Humanized Workflows<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>How might human science insights guide the development and deployment of technologies to enable work to be done more pleasantly and ultimately with more human-to-human connection and wellness?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>a. How can socio-technical systems be designed to enable workers to build on previous knowledge while adapting to changes in environment, information, and new challenges?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>b. How can human\/machine interactions for skills, training and support systems in the workplace be evolved to support competence and confidence in trusting relationships?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>c. How can new tools and systems be developed to respectfully enhance presence and the mechanized representation of humans (embodiment), to foster connection as well as productivity?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mediax.stanford.edu\/research\/onward\/\">See More Questions <strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions for the Future have been enriched with results of mediaX research and programs over the past 21 years. Although mediaX programs have already initiated inquiries on some of these questions and organizations around the world are tackling one or more of them, the challenges are still considered open.
