\"\"Steve Sims <\/strong>is a well-known gamification expert and currently the Chief Design officer at Badgeville, a leading gamification platform. Steve and his team have delivered 100\u2019s of solutions for areas ranging from employee engagement, support communities, and performance management systems to loyalty programs and health care systems.<\/p>\n

Steve has broad experience in game design, development and production across all major platforms \u2013 web, mobile, console and PC. He started his career at Electronics Arts and EA Online where he was an Executive Producer responsible for Madden NFL Football \u2013 the #1 selling sports video game franchise in North America. He also led EA\u2019s earliest forays into the online market, including Fantasy Sports and Casual Games.<\/p>\n

He has worked in the gaming industry since with notable roles including Director of Operations at Gemini Mobile Technologies where his team launched the first 3D virtual world on iPhone as well as Vice President of Product Management and Service Operations at MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) provider Outspark where he managed their portfolio of Free 2 Play Games. Steve has a BSEE from UCLA and a Masters in Computer Engineering from U.S.C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
