Bmw E46 M3 Phoenix Yellow

I've seen a couple of M3s with the Phoenix Yellow color since I moved off to college and was wondering how rare the color was. Also what is the typical price difference between an M3 with the Phoenix Yellow color and a standard color like silver or something? This 2002 E46 BM3 is a very interesting car. For starters, it's painted in Phoenix Yellow, one of the cooler and rarer E46 M3 paint colors. It also has a six-speed manual, as it should.
