Bmw E46 M3 Yellow

So my dream car has always been an E46 M3 Phoenix Yellow. I finally bought one a few weeks ago and the dealer tried to tell me that there are only 213 left in the country! How do you go about finding out how many are actually left. I know they are rare but didnt think they were that rare!
