Bmw Handbrake Light Stays On Yellow

Next day i come to use the car i released my handbrake which in turn the handbrake light on the dash should go off, but it didnt. The handbrake light is staying on even when i release the handbrake, There is no problem driving the car the brakes work fine, and the fluid level is at max. When I release the handbrake, the "BRAKE" light in the dash goes from red to yellow and it stays on.

Heya Gents / Girls I drive a 2008 320i E90. Last night I went to the shop and noticed that when I disengage the handbrake the light stays on but is yellow and the vehicle on a lift is also showing, this after my vehicle was serviced about 500km back. I'm gonna take her back to the dealership.

The DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) turns on when the car is placed in a unstable position. It's sort of like an indicator that the car's DSC feature isn't turned on at that point in time. Also check your shocks, may be a possible reason also.
