Hyundai Rotem has delivered the first of 46 light rail vehicles (LRVs) ordered for the Valley Line West project in Edmonton, Canada. The seven-section low-floor tram, which arrived on 1 August 2025, is part of a 158 million Canadian dollar contract signed in 2021 and marks the South Korean company's entry into the North American tram market.
