Hyundai Veloster Speakers Not Working

So I was driving home from my friend's house this morning and had navigation on along with XM. All of a sudden there is a loud pop throughout car and I have NO sound at all (no beeping, nothing). I pulled the panel, but apparently Hyundai doesn't supply a fuse puller so I could check the.

The Hyundai Veloster equipped with the optional navigation unit may suddenly stop playing audio from all speakers. This includes sound from CD players, radio, navigation, satellite radio, and telephone calls. All other features may still function properly.

For the last six months or so the audio would cut out periodically from the entire system; Nav, Radio, Phone, everything. Resetting the head unit didn't work, neither did removing the battery ground for an extended period of time. The dealer replaced the head unit.

So Everything works good,except i dont have sound coming from the speakers.Took the amp out as i saw some white residue on the harness/connector.Cleaned it with Contact lubricant and put it together and still nothing. Will getting a new Amp solve this? or something else i can look for before buying a new Amp? No sound comes out of the speakers.
