The 5th gen 4Runner is still a 4Runner, and is better than the 4th gen in countless ways. And yes, comparing an older, somewhat beat-up 4th gen to a nearly new 5th gen isn't totally fair. I'm curious what people think when comparing 4th gen 4Runners with 5th gen, especially those who have owned and driven both.
