Did you get a rattle when the roof was closed? Turned out to be the little plastic adjustable plastic bolts that support the trunk lid when closed to keep it firm. You can see the little bits i'm talking about in the photos here. Our sunroof rattle is getting worse, it's a knocking rattle that seems if you press on the bottom side of the glass on the passenger side it.
