I miss the old animal jam, where rares didn't really matter and stuff. Now animal jam is about having more rares and ajhq just wants money now. All the good stuff requires money, all the new animals suck and the new pets are trash too. Sure, animal jam's updates are kind of cool but they're too expensive for players now. And on top of that players can't even enjoy the game, it keeps.

In a semi-recent interview with Delocate, Clark talks a bit about the state of Animal Jam Classic. The game is still running on version of Flash inside of the Animal Jam Player. The game is pushing the limits of what can be done with Flash, and Clark talks about how difficult it is to even add the new recolors of existing items.
