And I have a question: When I watch any tutorial about shading in blender I can't understand the logic behind it so I always feel depended to them so the things I will be able to create will be limited with tutorials. The shading itself is fairly simple, mainly just cast shadows due to environmental light and therefore also super easy o recreate. If you want to work with this style I'd recommend really having a good base of flat colors (like blushes and highlighted spots having more saturation and higher value) and only then adding shadows.
