Minecraft How To Color Leather Armor

I was dying some leather armor and never realized how many different colors we can create for the leather. I had to do a double take when I started to see colors outside the standard 16. TIL 136 different color combinations!

I only see an option to change the chain, gold, iron, diamond, and default brown leather armor's texture, but not the option to change, for example, lime dyed leather armor's texture. Is it even possible to do so?

There are a possible combination of 12,326,391 colors, as it is possible to put more than one dye on the crafting bench alongside the leather armor. Armor can be dyed multiple times with previous colors affecting the final outcome. Colored armor can be reverted to their original color using a cauldron with undyed water.

I am also thinking about doing this in hardcore and to also go for all the armor trims for all the armor colors which means i have to do this 16 times but i have to see how many color variants i have to get before deciding. [/p].

How do I give myself leather armor with specific colors using commands? I'm trying to figure out how to give myself cyan leather boots. Not the "cyan dye" kind of cyan, but the #00FFFF kind. But in the command to give yourself armor with a specific color, there's a different kind of color code, and I don't know how to translate it.
