I've not used the dragonfly but if it's like a normal DAC then you might need to change the sample rate in Windows. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Playback - then right click on your dragonfly, go to the advanced tab and there should be a drop down list. Choose the highest possible sample rate. Hopefully that'll fix your issue.
