Todoroki No Color

I wish I could add a brithness/contrast adjustment layer to the piece, but I think that would be cheating on the challenge. The lightest green of the palette is just so dark I changed the concept 3-4 times. The idea before this one was so DARK AND CREEPY. It didn't fit Todoroki at all, but I liked it a lot. Maybe I'll still make it Who knows.

Without the color i didn't notice todoroki went ice age on dabi, quirks are hella scary if he's been able to grow from making a glacier to making an arctic circle in a little over a year.
