What If Frieza Turned Good

Given how many other former antagonists and villains have turned good, I don't think it's impossible for Frieza to turn good. At least, I don't think he'd necessarily turn good, but instead (like Vegeta) might become focused on beating Goku so much that he stops focusing on doing evil stuff and instead puts all his attention to getting stronger.

A few minutes passed by in the silence of space, minutes spent by Frieza strengthening the mental field containing his dismembered limbs and retreating to a safer distance from Namek. And in that time he saw one of the Ginyu's attack pods fleeing the ruined world, no doubt the Super Saiyan making his escape, much to Frieza's shock.

I love Frieza, but I don't mind if he doesn't turn fully good. Just don't make him a villain anymore. One of the things that make people hate Frieza returning in ToP was thinking he'll have his same dynamic. Mecha Frieza, Fusion Reborn Frieza, GT Frieza, RoF Frieza all return with the same dynamic of wanting revenge on Goku.

Babidi could turn Frieza against the others. I don't care how long Frieza trained and how hard he devoted himself to good, there's no getting rid of his evil streak completely.
