Cherry has a better flat layout adlnd Gaur is better society. I am leaning towards Cherry because of the layout. The dealer has quoted 1.2 for 3 BHK 1521Sq feet for cherry county and 1.30-35 for Gaur Saundaryam 1550 Sq feet. Can someone help me decide here?
