One Piece Colored Manga Vs Black And White. Since there's no color, everything depends on the shading, which i think you can appreciate more in black and white. However, i cannot decide whether to read the coloured version or the black and white (bnw) version.

As for different manga, if i were to read jojo manga, i. Read the first few chapters of each and decide which one you like better. Color allows for more realistic or dramatic coloring of elements.

However, i cannot decide whether to read the coloured version or the black and white (bnw) version. Oda has a tendency to fill in the panels as much as he can and it could end up looking busy and cluttered. Black and white manga relies on variations of black, white, and grey. I usually prefer the original black and white version, as a lot of colored manga, mainly the official ones by shueisha, feel very souless and don't encapsulate the spirit of the colored pages by the original authors.
