Took 6 months to get the faulty steering wheel replaced as well after reporting the issue in January. Right after purchase in December. BMW Owners in Austin.

trueFlamingo Automotive The owners race bmws / Honda's/ mazdas in local circuits and do a ton of work for local car enthusiasts while also being reasonably priced and having fantastic customer service (they're car guys who aren't going to fuck you over trying to force repairs). I know there is a vast delta in in quality between the good and bad dealers in Houston, and would appreciate any feedback. Thank you all in advance! I just had my car repaired at BMW of Austin, and my experience was ok, but I always feel like I'm being ripped off/takes too long to get the repair done.
