At the rear of the car, the reddish-brown of the roof flows into the Floating Sundown Silver exterior paint finish, whose chrome shadow effect gives it impressive visual impact. Called the BMW Concept Skytop, this model is an open two-seater that bears signature BMW looks, but with a hint of some futuristic elements. As a limited-production luxury performance roadster, the production BMW Skytop features stunning details, like a leather-covered roll bar behind the seats, a leather-trimmed soft-top roof, custom LED lighting assemblies, soft-closing doors, a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound system, and more highlighting the exclusive luxury design.

BMW installs a flat rear window that slides down to enhance the open-air feel. Although a concept, Skytop even has a roll-over bar, draped in leather.
