She made her feature film debut with the 2019 psychological horror film Saint Maud, which was nominated for two awards at the 74th British Academy Film Awards. In 2015's Bath Time, which sees Rose delving into something more explicitly of the Horror genre, she toys with the idea of the manifestation of anxiety. Even when dealing with subjectivity, Glass is interested in externalizing the inner form.
