| Legs | 4 | 2x4 @ 16" long |
| Aprons | 4 | 2x4 @ 14" long |

Step 2: Assemble the Legs and Aprons
Using your pocket hole jig, drill two pocket holes on the inside of each apron piece. Then, attach the aprons to the legs using 1.5" pocket hole screws. Ensure the legs are square and the aprons are flush with the top of the legs.
Step 3: Attach the Shelf Supports
Attach the shelf supports to the inside of the aprons, approximately 8" from the bottom. Use 1.25" wood screws for this step. Make sure the supports are level and square.
Step 4: Add the Shelf
Cut your 2x4 shelf piece to fit snugly between the shelf supports. Attach it using 1.25" wood screws.

Step 5: Attach the Top
Cut your 2x4 top piece to fit snugly on top of the legs. Attach it using 1.25" wood screws. Ensure the top is level and flush with the top of the legs.
Step 6: Sand and Finish
Sand your coffee table using 120-grit sandpaper, followed by 220-grit sandpaper. Wipe off any dust, then apply your chosen stain or paint. Once dry, apply a coat of polyurethane for protection.
