In order to enter The Origins floor, you must find a hidden tape in a drawer at The Library. You will have to carry this tape throughout the entire game, and put it in The Rift. once you get to Door 100.
Then, you will have to leave and rejoin in the intermission lobby. There will be a new door that will make creepy.
