Replacement of the asphalt trail at McKay Park with a new concrete trail for better accessibility and safety for our visitors. JC has a serious lack of public restrooms So many posts lately just reiterate that there are no public toilets available in a very dense urban area. Shouldn't there be some near the major parks - Hamilton, Riverview, Van Vorst, etc.?
