We wish to make the event as safe as possible, so participants, spectators and helpers are asked to take care about the following. It became clear on the first lap that the off-road section past the toilet block had a gentle incline. I struggled with the mud, particularly on the 'ghost hill' section (elevation gained is around 28 ft., 8-9 m) past the toilets which I found tiring on the third lap.
